fats, sugar n salt -- eat moderately/sparingly
meat n alternatives -- 2-3 servings
fruits n vegetables -- 2+2 servings
rice n alternatives -- 5-7 servings

then mr pek ask us to prepare 4 graph paper.
i tot must draw a lot of graphs leh.
